The Shankill Butchers

The forth part in the Decemberists series. I thought that the past drawings were too flat. So I tried to give this one a bit more depth. Also, I found that there was a need to focus more on the faces, since they are really the strong point in these.

The Shankill Butchers was a gang from Belfast, Ireland in the 1960s. The song by the Decemberists mythologizes them into crazy monsters! I had a lot of fun with this one!

I tried to make the leader look like a cross between George Clooney and Emperor Palpatine.
